The International Institute for Self-Management (IIS) is an international group of practitioners and theorists of self-management who promote self-management world-wide.
We recognize that self-management takes many forms in many countries, and we remain open to various uses of the term, but we use "self-management" principally to refer to institutions and organizations in which ultimate power is exercised and key priorities shaped by all of their members.
Our members come from many countries: Bosnia, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Croatia, Cuba, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Hungary, Japan, Mexico, Guatemala, Netherlands, Russia, Serbia, Spain, South-Africa, Sweden, United Kingdom, Ukraina, USA.
